Casual Auslan Conversations
  • Help students become fluent in casual Auslan conversations by mastering everyday idioms, iconics, colloquialisms, metaphors, and slang signs.


  • The teacher receives a Teacher Book covering 8 lessons.


  • A Teacher Instruction Video is included, explaining how to effectively teach the content.


  • Each lesson introduces 7 specific Auslan signs along with Auslan sentences.


  • An Auslan Video accompanies each lesson, demonstrating how to use the signs and incorporate them into everyday phrases.


  • Both teachers and students watch the videos online. (Teachers also receive their own copy of the videos for convenient access).


During the lessons:

  1. Students practice by copying the Auslan instructor in the video.


  2. The teacher monitors and corrects the students' signing.


  3. Teachers can provide additional everyday examples for specific signs.


  4. Students engage in discussions to translate phrases into Auslan, guided by the teacher using the Auslan sentences provided in the Teacher Book.
